RETURN CONDITIONS

According to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” No. 1023-XII dated 12.05.1991, perfume and cosmetic products are included in the list of non-food items of proper quality that cannot be returned or exchanged. Upon receiving your order, carefully inspect the goods in the presence of the courier or a delivery service representative. If you are not satisfied with the appearance or the product does not match your order specifications, return the order to the courier or through the delivery service without opening the package, and we will certainly replace it. Claims regarding the appearance of the product are accepted only at the time of delivery.

According to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” the consumer has the right to exchange a non-food product of proper quality for a similar one with the seller from whom it was purchased, if the product does not satisfy them in terms of form, size, style, color, or other reasons that prevent its intended use.

Goods that cannot be returned:

As with any rule, there are exceptions in the complicated matter of product returns. By Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19.03.1994 “On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” a list of goods of proper quality that cannot be exchanged (returned) has been approved. In addition to food products, medicines, and hygiene items, this list contains a full list of non-food items that are non-returnable”. These include:

  • perfume and cosmetic products;

and others, not related to the assortment of our online store.

In this regard, we ask you to responsibly place your order, being sure of the product name and the volume you have chosen, to avoid any mistaken orders. In case of an error on the seller's part, the product will be replaced with the correct one, or a refund will be issued, according to the buyer's request, within three days from the date of receiving the order.

In all other cases, purchased goods of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange.
